Even though I am not physically able to walk in the second annual Iowa Walk for Lupus Now, I am still very passionate about the mission of the Lupus Foundation of America, so I am participating as a virtual walker and committee member.

This organization works to fund Lupus research, support Lupus patients, and raise Lupus awareness. This year’s walk will take place on September 13th at Gray's Lake in Des Moines, IA.
